I normally would be swimming at this time in the morning and I'm not. It's the weirdest feeling ever and I hate it. I don't know what to do with all this extra time. 0_0

One of my colleagues is around 65 years old and swam in HS and college...and we'll he never stopped in the 40 plus years since. He still goes about 5 times per week for multiple hours each time and he competes in the senior Olympics now. If you actually enjoy it, just keep doing it.
Personally, I'm allergic to exercise.

Im still swimming and will continue to swim, it's just the awkward downtime between when the winter season ends and the summer season starts.

I've been swimming at the Y. I'll do a half mile then go relax in the hot tub. Would a stream room or sauna be better than the hot tub. Ate any of those good or bad to go in after a long swim? (Long for me anyway)

In the spirit of Valentine's Day...
1. Go up to some girl on your swim team, invite her to "offseason practice."
2. Go swimming with said girl and compliment her on stuff.
3. ...
4. Bow chicka wow wow!
(It's high school, all free time should be used for shenanigans.)
